1、开头要亲切有礼
索评邮件的开头,可以套用“问候语+买家名”的模板,比如“Hello,Ann”。千万别写成“hi,customer”,这会让客户觉得很没礼貌
2、使用第一人称
用第一人称可以拉进和买家的距离,尽量不要用“亲爱的”这类词汇,可以直接运用第一人称
“我”或者“我们”,这有助于拉近和客户之间的关系,从而让用户留下评论。
3、添加产品说明
